Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Products: We do not offer refunds for digital products purchased on vtuloop.com. Once a digital product is purchased and the download link or access is provided, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned or refunded. Please read all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Non-Digital Products: For physical (non-digital) products, we offer a return option within 7 days of the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original condition, unopened, and with all packaging materials within 7 days of the purchase date.

Refund Process for Non-Digital Products:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@vtuloop.com within 7 days of your purchase date and provide your order details.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. After we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and verify that they are in their original condition, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
